Executive Committee
Consists of the Board of Directors and the Chairs of all Standing Committees. Considers broad policy issues, facilitates communication between residents and the Board.
Investment/Finance
Prepares an annual CapitalBudget and advises the Board on investment Policy. Reviews investments on a regular basis.
Environmental Protection
Assist residents with questions about the Community Rules and Regulations that have been developed to protect and enhance our architectural standards.
Landscape
Responsible for the design, maintenance and improvement of the distinctive Steeplechase landscaping. Assists residents with questions about landscaping their personal property.
Newsletter
Prepares and electronically publishes the Horse Tales newsletter prior to each Board meeting.
Community Relations
Represents the SteeplechaseCommunity Service Association at all Whitehall Borough meetings and reports to the residents of any action that may affect our community.
Social
Coordinates social events throughout the community, including card and game days, tours, annual Christmas party, and much
Decorating
Provides the professional appearance of the common areas within Steeplechase, including decoration for all major holidays and seasonal changes.
Internet
Implement and maintain a web-site to facilitate and enhance communicational within the Steeplechase community.
