Originally chartered on March 6, 2002, the Welcome Committee is responsible for ensuring that each new Homeowner in Steeplechase receives a welcome gift from the Community. The Committee also sends each new Homeowner a packet with relevant information about the Community and a copy of our policies, rules and regulations.

Meetings are held at least once a year and upon the call of the Committee Chair. The Committee Chair is responsible for reporting committee activities at each Board Meeting and in the Newsletter.
