Originally chartered July 11, 2001, the Landscape Committee is responsible for the design, maintenance and improvements to the distinctive landscaping in the common areas of Steeplechase as well as the lawns throughout the community.
Upon request, committee members are available to assist residents with questions about landscaping design on their personal property, and help to ensure compliance with the Steeplechase CSA Rules, Regulations and Specifications and consistency with the overall landscape design of the community.
The committee may solicit bids for necessary work which are then presented to the Board for approval, and supervise any on-site contractors.

Meetings are held at least once a year and upon the call of the Committee Chair. The Committee Chair is responsible for reporting committee activities at each Board Meeting and in the Newsletter.
